Project Director and HR Manager

Iina is always on the human side of technology and thus has two roles in Avaus. Iina is the Project director and also the Avaus HR Manager.

Iina is mainly responsible for Avaus project development and project model and she is also part of the daily project work and is the project manager of some client projects. For her the most important goal is high quality projects. By being part of the daily project work she always has the pulse of the Avaus experts when taking care of the wellbeing of Avaus personnel, and making Avaus a great place to work.

Even though she refers herself as a humanist at heart, in all areas of life, she has a wide background in project managing large technical projects, driven by her essential technical knowledge and understanding. She is therefore able to lead customers, and to assist and guide the Avaus team. Her goal is to give Avaus clients the best service experience, whether it is customer projects or end-user-support process development.
